Getting Started is Easy

Simply register as a new user,
with your existing MyCountyMarket login,
Or continue as a guest, though you will miss out on some of the core features.

Select ‘Shopping List’ on the top left of the home screen.

Simply type the item you want to add into the box to start searching. You can also use the barcode scanner on the left

Click + to add the item in the search results to your shopping list.

Press the search icon anywhere in the app
Type a keyword or use the product bar code scanner.
Click to view product details, add the product to your shopping list or click the star to add it to your Watch List and be notified when it goes on sale.
Open the menu at the top of the shopping list.

Select “Share” to share your list. You can also save, delete checked items or the entire list

Follow the step on the screen to connect to your friends.
Click Weekly Ad on the app’s home screen

Scroll vertically to view other categories. Scroll right to view additional items in each category. Click + to add the item to your list, or click the item for more options

Once on the detail screen you can use the “Confirm Sale Item” button to scan a UPC and confirm that the product you are selecting is part of this specific offer

Visit the My Offers section to view special offers and coupons available to you.
All you need to do is “clip” the coupons that interest you, purchase the items in-store and scan your Max Card at the register.

Your credits will applied on the next day in the afternoon. To track your credits simply view the Redeemed section in your Offer Wallet.

For every $3.00 saved you receive a $3.00 voucher in your inbox.
You can also access your voucher in your Offer Wallet.
Vouchers are valid for 14 days only.
To redeem, open your inbox in the drawer menu and view “Your $3.00 Voucher is Ready” message. During your next store visit, once you are ready to check out, press “REDEEM” and present the message on the screen to the cashier. Do not press redeem before you are at checkout. Do not close the message until cashier has successfully applied the voucher.

I want to update my profile. Where can I do that?

To update your profile, please go to the menu and select “My Profile.” Do not forget to save your changes.

Will changes to My Profile affect my profile on

Yes, those two accounts are kept in sync.

How do I receive cash back offers?

Cash back offers will be accessible through the My Offers tab on the home screen. All you need to do is “clip” the coupons that interest you, purchase the items in-store and scan your Max Card at the register. For this to work, you’ll first need to save your Max Card number in the “My Profile” section in the app.

What are My Offers?

These are exclusive savings available through the app. You will need to register your Max Card in the app in order to receive such offers and maximize your savings.

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, please go to the menu and select “My Profile.” Do not forget to save your changes.

Once I register for the app, will I be able to sign into as well?

Yes, and you can use your mobile app credentials to log into as well.

How do I redeem cash back offers?

For every clipped coupon item that has been purchased, shoppers accumulate savings with the Max Card. You can check on your accumulated savings in the “My Savings” tab on the home screen. Once $3.00 in savings has been reached, you will receive a $3.00 voucher through the mobile app. Vouchers are valid for 14 days only. To redeem the voucher, open it once you are at checkout during your next visit, click the “redeem” button and present the displayed message to the cashier.

Do I need to register my Max Card in the app?

Registering your Max Card is optional. However, to unlock all the features of the app and allow us to provide you with personalized ad flyers, in-store offers and additional savings that are relevant to you, you will need to add your Max Card number to your profile in the app.
